How do I know a t-shirt will fit my size?

It is important that you determine first your body measurements. 
Be sure to take your measurements in your undergarments.

MAKE SURE OF YOUR SIZE BEFORE ORDERING. WE MAKE EVERY PRODUCT WHEN IT IS ORDERED.

What t-shirt quality do you use?
We use American Apparel t-shirts.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

-Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

-Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

-Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
-Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

What paper quality do you use for the posters?
Posters are printed using photographic paper quality with Matte finish which boasts rich, sharp color that won’t fade or yellow.

GIFT CARDS

How do Digital Gift Cards work?

You can purchase a digital Gift Card the same way you purchase any other product from our store.  After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to visit and view your digital gift card. 
The digital Gift Card will contain a code to be redeemed, you can print or email it to a friend or loved one. Please note digital Gift Cards will be sent to your PayPal email address, be sure to have access to it.

How can I check the balance on my card?
You can check the balance on your digital Gift Card on the link we provide with your order. 
Do gift cards expire?
No. There is no expiration date on your digital Gift Card.
Can I combine a discount code with a Gift Card?
No. You cannot combine a discount code with digital Gift Cards. If you purchase a Gift Card using a discount code the total amount will be charged to your account.

PAYMENT

What payment method do you use?
We currently accept payments only through PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.

How to apply a discount code?
1. Go to PayPal and sign in to your PayPal account. You won’t be charged yet.
2. Immediately you will be redirected to our website, enter the discount code in the box and “APPLY” it.
IMPORTANT!! Don’t forget to click the “APPLY” button and be sure the discount has been applied before placing your order.
3. Place your order 🙂

ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long do you take to process my order?

Processing time based on product type:

Please add the shipping time on top of that.

Choose a quicker shipping service if you want your order to be expedited. (FedEx Express Saver 1-3 , FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight)What type of delivery options do you offer?


– US Shipping:

  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver: 1-3 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day

– Canada Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days USPS Priority.

– Worldwide Shipping: 10-20 business days, USPS 1st class International.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes! We offer International Shipping using USPS 1st class Int’l. This method has no tracking available. The delivery time is usually 10-20 business days or more, depending upon the country’s customs’ policies and procedures. 

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 2 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at sales@clickandblossom.com for any questions regarding your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered, we are NOT ABLE to accept returns or sizing exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before choosing a size.

If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at sales@clickandblossom.com for further information. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

How are your downloadable products delivered?
The download will be delivered to you immediately after purchase. We send the download link to your Paypal email address. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder, it may take to 3-5 minutes to receive your download information. If you don’t receive your download email contact us at hello@clickandblossom.com
 
How long is the download link available?
The download links will expire after 4 downloads or 2 months after the purchase, which ever comes first.
 
What can I do if I’m having problems with the link?
If you have problems with the link please send us a message to hello@clickandblossom.com and we will be happy to help you.

I lost my files, can you resend them?
Don’t forget to create a back up of the purchased files. If for some reason you lose the files, please email us with the order number to hello@clickandblossom.com

Do you offer returns and refunds? 
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or credit.

Can I buy the digital files to offer them in my online store?


No, you can’t. In accordance with standard license prohibitions, you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digitally or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, or general online card stores).

I’m designer can I buy your templates to offer it to my clients?
No, you can’t. Our products are created just for professional photographic uses and you can’t claim these designs as your own.
